Aged Care Quality Standards: examples of spiritual care in action

This five minute video introduces care coordinators and team leaders to ways in which spiritual care can be integrated in to usual care planning. It shows that understanding a person’s spirituality may or may not include a faith connection, and that different members of the care team as well as models of care have a part to play.
